Medical dictation is captured either directly over our toll-free dictation lines, via downloading from your digital system, or from your digital recorder. In certain circumstances, we will also transcribe dictation captured on micro-cassettes. Your transcription team goes into work for you quickly, ensuring you quick turn-around-time.
We offer customized report delivery via several methods including printing to a designated printer located in your office, secure Web, Email, or FTP. Transcribed reports are most commonly created & returned to you as a Word document, unless the client specifies otherwise.

You simply log-in to your account and begin signing your reports. Documents are ready for signing immediately following transcription and/or editing. E-signature doesn't require any additional software be installed on your computer system. You can view, edit, fax, sign and print all from your desktop computer, or any other web-enabled computer.
