We make it as easy as possible for you by giving you a variety of options to choose from. Select any dictation method you like, or choose any combination of them.
Popular because phones are easily accessed everywhere and there's no large capital investment required to purchase any equipment. The provider dictates into our system via our toll-free numbers. Phone dictation is relatively simple, as soon as the dictator hangs up the phone, it is instantly routed to the medical transcriptionist for typing or editing. Also, this method has all of the same conveniences as other recording/ dictation devices, like rewind, pause, and playback, easily allowing the dictator to review and revise before final output.
Without a doubt, dictation and transcription technology is expensive and quickly becomes outdated. Therefore, many facilities choose not to make a large capital expenditure. Because, let's face it, unless you are a very large facility, the cost simply can't be justified.

Reliability plus the convenience of mobility. Our dictation system allows for a wide array of digital recorders, such as Olympus and Philips. In certain circumstances, we’ll even provide you with the digital recording device(s).
For those who already have a dictation system in place and prefer to keep using the same system, we’ll design an interface between your system and ours at no cost to you. Or, if you prefer, we can have our medical transcriptionists pull dictation directly from your system, transcribe or edit it, and deliver it back to you via your preferred delivery method.
For those providers who prefer not to get too technical. We can transcribe from tapes if that is your preference.
